NOURISHING POSTPARTUM MEAL PREP & IN HOME COOKING

Postpartum meals are specially formulated and designed to promote healing by replenishing and nourishing the new parent with nutrient rich foods. These restorative meals, broths, snacks and teas can assist in rebuilding vitality, balancing hormones, restoring uterine health, promoting lactation, and of course the best benefit: peace of mind that you don’t have to worry about where food is coming from. Meal support is especially ideal for the first 40 days (in traditional practices, there is a 40 day sitting in and resting period after baby is born to encourage rest, rejuvenation and healing), and are made with the whole family in mind.

Send us an email if you’re interested in creating a customized menu for a nourished postpartum.

Currently, Ashe doulas Neha and Courtney are offering this service in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and some areas of Westchester.
